Love Thy Neighbor is a 'shopper's choice' food pantry, supplementing your groceries with free food, intended for those in need. If you're eating a lot of Ramen noodles because you can't afford healthier foods, this is for you. We emphasize love, respect, and community. We usually have cereal, canned goods, bread, produce, eggs, and frozen meat. We sometimes have health & beauty products. We always have love! We're open Saturday mornings, Sunday afternoons, and Thursday evenings for grocery shopping at our free food pantry. See our hours for details, or find us on Google ("Love Thy Neighbor King George"). We serve approximately 50-120 families at our events. Our main focus is on food and hygiene items. We help customers to save their money for housing and other expenses. Most of our guests are seniors, veterans, disabled, unemployed, under-employed, or working paycheck-to-paycheck. As part of the King George Community Alliance, we are sometimes able to guide our neighbors toward additional resources for particular services they may need. We are a 100% volunteer organization. We rely on our amazing volunteers to make it all happen. We could not carry out this mission without the generous help of those who donate to us.
