Fair prep!!! The kids got together and worked on stall decorations yesterday. T minus 9 days until we load in for fair!

The Vet Science kids worked with partners to design a digestive tract using miscellaneous items!!

Tonight's demo's were Jaxson talking to us about goat byproducts and the different cuts of the goat and then Ryann taught us how to check a mare's pH when she's getting close to foaling.

For our Vet science project meeting, the kids learned about sutures and even practiced on a few stuffed animals.

We had 2 demo's at our last meeting. Jackson talked about the digestive system of a goat with a detailed description of each parts function and Naomi taught us how to fix an angel wing on a duck!!

We have 3 to 4 demonstrations every business meeting!! This ensures that all members meet their 1 demonstration for fair requirement and allowing others to complete multiple.

What's better than having 1 Veterinarian in your club to teach Vet science??? Having 2 Veterinarians in your club to teach Vet science!!
