✨ Position Overview

As a Vocational Employment Specialist, you will support clients with disabilities in developing job skills, exploring careers, completing applications, preparing for interviews, and maintaining employment. You’ll have the flexibility to build your schedule and caseload.

✔️ Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with disabilities
• Strong documentation & communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Fingerprint Clearance Card (Level 1) — or eligible to obtain
• Reliable transportation (travel required within the Phoenix metro area)
• Ability to work independently and manage your caseload
• Must have a smartphone and access to a computer

• Resume building & job application assistance
• Job search support and career exploration
• Job coaching and employment retention
• Soft skills and workplace behavior training
• Transportation/mobility training
• Writing accurate, timely case notes
• Communicating with clients, counselors, and employers

• Independent Contractor (1099)
• $20–$30/hour based on experience
• Flexible part-time schedule
• No benefits offered (contract position)
