Serve South enjoyed a weekend of community outreach in St. Marys!

We were proud to support MOVE with MADD Coastal Georgia on Saturday and participate in the St. Marys Presbyterian Church Community Outreach Fair on Sunday.

Thank you to both organizations for bringing our community together and giving us the opportunity to connect and share resources!

You don’t have to handle everything alone. If you’re the one everyone counts on, you deserve support too.

If you’re stressed, overwhelmed, or in crisis, call, text, or chat 988—available 24/7. It’s free, and you don’t need the perfect words.

Your mental health matters, too.

Old prescriptions. Leftover antibiotics. That bottle from three surgeries ago. If it's sitting in your cabinet and you're not using it, it needs to go somewhere safe.

Camden County has drop-off sites where you can leave it.

Raising kids today means facing tough topics head-on. But you don’t have to do it in isolation.

When it comes to underage drinking, a proactive plan is your best tool. By starting the conversation early and aligning with other parents and family members in your circle, you create a safety net your child can grow up inside of.

Look through the 5 commitments that make up the Parent Pledge.

Va**ng can affect more than a teen’s lungs. It can also affect the developing brain, including attention, learning, mood, and impulse control.

Our free resource, “Caught Up in the V**e: How E-Cigs Rewire Your Brain,” gives teens and the adults who support them clear information about:

• Ni****ne and cannabis va**ng
• Mental health and stress
• Unregulated v**e products
• Healthier ways to cope
• Free support for quitting

Parents, educators, counselors, coaches, and youth mentors, download the resource and use it to begin a conversation with a young person in your life.
