Beyond grateful doesn’t even begin to encapsulate the depth of my feelings or the honor it is to walk this path alongside so many beautiful families.
This week I received my 100th 5⭐️ review on Google and I want to thank each and every one of you who have taken the time to share your testimonials over the years. They truly mean the world to me. To trust and invite a stranger into one of the most intimate journeys of your life is not an easy thing to do. My hope is that although we may embark on this adventure as strangers, over time you will feel and know in your heart that you are part of the Nature’s Om ohana. Sharing your heartfelt testimonials helps others who will be growing their families soon get an impression of what makes my support so uniquely special. I am humbled. 🫶🏽

Today is International Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. Holding all families in my heart who are grieving the loss of their babies, not only on this day, but all of the days of their lives. 🕯

I am so honored to share space and work alongside some of the most loving and empathetic midwives around as we support families awaiting and welcoming their sweet ones into the world.
I am filled with gratitude for my own dear midwife, Michele Helgeson, who was by my side as all three of my boys wriggled their way earthside.
Please join me in celebrating all of the beautiful souls all of the world who are called to do this tender work. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 💜

Feeling truly honored and deeply grateful for the opportunity to speak about something so close to my heart this morning — doula support and the difference continuous personalized care can make during such a transformative time in a person’s life. Every family hold space for deserves to feel heard, supported, informed, and empowered throughout their journey into parenthood.
Being able to share my passion, experiences, and knowledge with others is a privilege I don’t take lightly. I’m thankful for the opportunity to use my voice to advocate for the invaluable role doulas play in creating positive, supportive, and meaningful prenatal, birth and postpartum experiences.
So much gratitude for this invitation to shine a light on perinatal doula support and to Dr. Ginger Lemay who continues to value the importance of this works so much that she keeps inviting me back year after year to enlighten the next generation.
