On behalf of the Kinsey Police Department, I would like to express our sincere gratitude for your generous donation of a ballistic vest for our K9 partner, Vivi.
Your generosity means far more than simply providing a piece of equipment—it is an investment in the safety of a valued member of our department. K9 Vivi serves our community every day by assisting in narcotics detection and helping protect both our officers and the citizens we are sworn to serve. Because of your support, Vivi will have an added layer of protection while carrying out those duties.
As a small police department, donations like yours make a tremendous difference. Resources are often limited, but your commitment to protecting law enforcement K9s ensures that agencies like ours can continue serving our communities with the equipment needed to do the job safely.
We are truly grateful for Brady's vision and the incredible mission of Brady's K9 Fund. Your dedication to protecting police K9s across the nation is inspiring, and we are honored that K9 Vivi is now part of that legacy.
Thank you for your kindness, your generosity, and your unwavering support of law enforcement. Please extend our appreciation to everyone at Brady's K9 Fund who helped make this possible. We are proud to partner with an organization that shares our commitment to keeping our four-legged heroes safe.

Last night was a difficult one for our community.

After just returning from assisting with a fire in Taylor, our department was dispatched to another structure fire here in Kinsey. This one hit especially close to home as it involved the family of one of our own volunteer firefighters, Chris Betsill.

It was a very difficult scene, and we are incredibly grateful for the quick response and compassion shown by everyone involved.

We are asking our community to come together and support the Betsill family during this incredibly hard time. A GoFundMe has been created to help them as they face the road ahead.

We want to sincerely thank all of the departments and agencies who responded and assisted. The support within our own and surrounding communities does not go unnoticed. 🙏

Please keep the Betsill family, our first responders, and everyone involved in your thoughts and prayers. ❤️

On April 20, 2026, our family experienced a devastating house fire. My niece, nephew, … James Betsill needs your support for Betsill Family Burn Recovery Fund
