Ms. Boles ELL Classroom

Today, my ESL kids brought in delicious food, and we celebrated an amazing year. Whenever I think about going elsewhere, days like this remind me I’m right where I’m meant to be. I love these kids, I love the amazing families behind them—and I’m so thankful. I can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish next year. And a huge thank you to our admin—we couldn’t have done it without you!

I am beaming with pride as my 7th graders complete their end-of-year project. Hanging out with them is always a pleasure, and I frequently find myself learning valuable lessons from them, which I believe outweigh what they learn from me.

We had such an incredible day! My ELL students and I visited the San Antonio Museum of Art, and then we strolled around the Pearl. We had a fantastic time exploring art and just enjoying the day together. None of this would have been possible without the invitation from Ms. Alania, our amazing art teacher—thank you! It was just what we needed to relax before the STAAR test.
