🍫🎟️ Golden Ticket Surprise at Pondo! 🎟️🍫

Today our 6th graders got a sweet surprise at lunch! In honor of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, our fabulous cafeteria staff secretly placed “golden ticket” sticky dots on the bottom of 3 random lunches, hidden among both hot and cold meals. Once everyone sat down, we revealed the game, and the hunt was on! 👀

Congratulations to our 5 lucky winners, who each took home a FREE McDonald’s ice cream cone! 🍦🎉 And you can’t make this up... one of our golden ticket winners was named Charlie! 🍫😄 Sometimes the stars just align!

A huge thank you to our amazing cafeteria crew for helping make this happen. Showing up every day pays off, Bobcats! You never know when the next golden ticket might appear... 😉

Our 6th graders officially kicked off the year at Ponderosa, and what a welcome it was! 🐾 From the balloon arches and music blasting at all the doors to breakfast with friends and a photo booth, our newest Bobcats jumped right into color teams circulating through different activity stations— writing letters to their future selves, building a "We All Belong" puzzle mural, going head-to-head in Minute to Win It, playing some PE games and scavenger hunting their way through the building. By the time they practiced their locker combos and walked through their mock schedule, they already looked like they belonged here. Welcome to the Bobcat family 6th grade! 💙🤍💙🤍💙🤍
