π§ National Public Works Week π§
This week, we proudly recognize National Public Works Week and the dedicated employees who work every day to keep our community running safely and efficiently.
From maintaining streets and stormwater systems to sanitation services, fleet operations, facilities, parks, and critical infrastructure, Public Works professionals help keep the City of Loudon moving forward every single day.
They are often the first to respond and the last to leave. Their work may happen behind the scenes, but its impact is seen across our city daily.
The City of Loudon Public Works Department remains committed to:
π£οΈ Maintaining public infrastructure
π Providing reliable services
π§οΈ Protecting stormwater systems
π οΈ Supporting fleet and facility operations

β¨ EXCITING NEWS FOR LOUDON! ποΈ
Weβre kicking off a Historic Resource Survey to celebrate and document the unique character of our beautiful city!
π What to expect: From late April through early May, youβll see the Clifton Historic Resources team in our neighborhoods. Theyβll be documenting building exteriors and architectural styles visible from the street.
π Keep an eye out for:
β’ Surveyors in Neon Vests: Theyβll have official ID and business cards.
β’ Official Yard Signs: Look for these in survey areas to stay informed!
β’ No Property Impact: This team is only documenting history and is not affiliated with property tax assessments.
