Due to the current events, I was unable to meet this remarkable young lady but because of all your generous donations, we were able to again give another scholarship in my sweet Jeromey’s memory. Kaylee’s expression was priceless after mentioning our profession. JEROMEY'S PSALM

Just close your eyes and think of me,
My dancing eyes, my smiling face,
Just think of me in this perfect place.
This place called home is awesome, Mom,
I don't know where to start,
so I'll try to paint a picture with words,
While we are still apart,
I guess I'll begin with the mansions,
Like nothing else you've seen,
They're beautiful castles i get to explore,
It's the most incredible thing.
Then there's those amazing streets,
Of pure gold...it really rocks!
God's so cool, he let's us slide,
Around them in socks!
Theres so much yo talk about,
Every experience is brand new,
Velvet grass between my toes,
Above the sky's so blue,
The coolest psrt about the beach,
My fair skin never burns,
I can fish, swim and ride the waves,
Without least concern.
Guess what else? Theres no sun here,
Cause Jesus is the light,
He is the center of our world,
His face is shing bright.
Don't worry about my new friends, Mom,
They're really cool...you'll see, just wait,
They new i was on my way,
They met me at the gate.
There are some things you need to know,
About that August night,
First of all, i felt no pain,
I only saw the light.
Yes, i walked through that valley,
God speaks about you see,
But shadows never hurt no one,
It just passed over me.
A love like ours is much too strong,
To ever pass away,
I'll always be my Mother's Son,
Not just on Mother's Day.

JDJ SCHOLARSHIP 2016
I would like to present our 2016 scholarship recipient, Raina Nief. She plans to attend East Tennessee State University, majoring in "Fine Arts".
