What a great crowd and and great weather! We had so many fun activities including a touch-a-truck, kazoo fun and free ice cream with B97.5.
We love watching so many families make memories.

Join us tomorrow, June 3, to kick off some summer fun at Kid A'Riffic Fun in the Park presented by Home Federal Bank! The event is free and open to families, crafts are focused for ages 2-12. tomorrow at Chilhowee Park you will be able to enjoy a Touch-A-Truck, kazoo fun, water fun with Knoxville Fire Department, free ice cream with B97.5 and Rusty Wallace, and crafts & activities with various organizations within the City. Don't miss out on this free summer fun! We will be in a different park with different activities every Wednesday in June and July from 10am-1pm (not July 2 or 29).

Free parking available at 401 Lakeside St.

Join us tomorrow, June 2, on Market Square for Concerts on the Square presented by First Century Bank with pianist Margherita Fava and her Quartet. Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy a beautiful evening listening to free music, or you can listen to it on one of the many patios on the Square. Music will be from 7pm-9pm.

Next week is the kick off to the event we have all been waiting for!!!
Kid A'Riffic Fun in the Park presented by Home Federal Bank starts June 3 and will take place every Wednesday until July 22 (skipping July 1). Enjoy free crafts and activities and fun give aways from 10am-1pm in a different park each week!

We will have a Touch-A-Truck activity at Chilhowee Park so the kids can pretend to drive, sit on and be up close to large trucks, tractors, firetrucks and police cars.

Free Parking is available at the entrance located at 401 Lakeside St.

Due to continued rain and storms in the forecast, tonight's Jazz on the Square will be moving inside at the Emporium Center located at 100 S. Gay Street.

Enjoy free jazz tonight with the Ken Brown Quartert:
Ken Brown – leader/drums
Taber Gable – keyboard
Logan Franklin – bass
Tom Peron – trumpet
Vance Thompson – vibraphone

The group will perform music by Wayne Shorter, Pat Metheny, Horace Silver, Joe Zawinul, Ken Brown, Taber Gable and others.

Tonight's band was coming in from out of town so we needed to make a call early on, unfortunately the forecast keeps showing a chance of rain and storms for this evening so we have made the decision to cancel tonight's Concerts on the Square.

Kid A'Riffic Fun in the Park starts in 2 weeks! We are so excited for some free summer fun and help create memories and smiles! Mark your calendars for this summer's season. We will kick off on June 3 at Chilhowee Park with a Touch-A-Truck and lots of fun free crafts and activities. Free parking is available located in the parking lot at 401 Lakeside St. The event is from 10am-1pm.

Join us this week for some free music on Market Square with Concerts on the Square presented by First Century Bank!
Jazz on the Square Tuesday May 19 with Larry Vincent Quartet from 7pm-9pm
and our first Variety Thursday on May 21 with Tim Decker and Tennessee River from 7pm-9pm
Bring a chair or blanket to sit on, or dance the night away with free music on Market Square.
