What do you do when your eval has been signed by everyone in your rating chain, but your senior rater left the Army without submitting it? Don't stress! There's still a way forward. The proper procedure is to have the eval printed out by the senior rater (if they're still reachable), the senior rater's delegate, or the rater, and mailed in. Check Appendix F in AR 623-3 for the mailing address.

Are Retired Soldiers allowed to wear their uniforms post-retirement?
We get this question a lot, and the answer is yes, they can, so long as the occasion is "essentially of a military character, at which the uniform is more appropriate than civilian clothing."
Get the details about exactly what this means in Section 3-10 of the Retired Soldier Handbook: https://soldierforlife.army.mil/Army-Retirement/Post-Retirement.
