100 Days

TODAY marks 100 days in captivity for some 130 Israelis, including children and the elderly, who were taken hostage by Hamas. Please join Hadassah leaders and members in this global push to raise awareness. All you need is masking tape and a black marker.
➡️ Write the number 100 on the tape, and place it on your shirt over your heart.
➡️ Take a picture, post it and tag:

Hadassah has and always will speak out for the people of Israel.

Happy Hanukkah to our Hadassah community, and to all our friends and allies. This year, the lights of our collective menorahs are even more meaningful.

We would love to share photos of YOUR Hanukkah menorahs! Please add them to the comments here, and we'll select ones to share throughout the holiday.

They are asking both Jews and non-Jews to place a Menorah on your window this Chanukah. You can find them fairly inexpensive locally at places like HomeGoods or Target (as examples). They also sell the matching candles. If you'd like to light your Menorah, I've included a visual to show how to properly light the candles and the prayers.

Share our Blessings. Take time this Giving Tuesday to donate. We will be giving all proceeds to Hadassah's Youth Aliyah Villages. These villages are essential to those youths without a home or families, particularly after October's Black Sabbath. Right now, as you can imagine, these villages are specializing in mental health.
