This Dancing Spider Yoga video was created nearly 10 years ago and like a good song, it just gets better! I've just finished up my Retreat with Ajeet season at the Sewall House in Maine and after looking at this video, I see that the essence of teaching yoga to children and adults who want to lead classes for kids has not changed that much-thank goodness! All that is truly required is an open mind and some clear instruction. Okay, folks, I'm back online to share some of my creative sketches! I am by no means an artist, but I am a kid's yoga teacher and that means I get to play with making up some more children's yoga! I've just ordered another batch of Color Me Yoga books.
