Do you have any old guitars lying around that never get used? Our Beginner Guitar group is hoping to grow and needing your old instruments to do so!

KARM's will be visiting Newport, TN, an area that was heavily impacted by the flooding from Hurricane Helene.
They will be providing free meals for lunch and dinner to all at the Community Center at 433 Prospect Ave. If you or a loved one are in that area and could be blessed with a warm meal, please don't hesitate to come by!

The Manor is hosting our 6th Annual Fall Block Party here at Northgate Terrace to benefit our residents. There will be a full pulled pork BBQ Dinner to include baked beans, chips, slaw, drink and dessert. All for only $10. We will also have community vendors onsite along with Live music by The Mt. Leconte Jug Band.
