SoKno Sculpt is a non-profit community driven initiative to help property owners in South Knoxville create beautiful sculptures and to produce new opportunities for local artists.

SoKno Sculpt artists J. Taylor Wallace, Joe Kyte, Emily Moorhead Wallace, and Marisa Mitchell are in the running for an installation at Suttree Landing Park, riverside in South Knoxville. The City of Knoxville - Government is selecting the sculpture. We can't wait to find out whose art gets the spot!.

SoKno Sculpt’s sculpture tour features sculptures by Knoxville-area artists in the Old Sevier Neighborhood in Knoxville, Tennessee. Partnered with the Old Sevier Community Group and the City of Knoxville, we provide grant funding for sculpture installations in the Old Sevier area.

Emily Moorhead-Wallace got into sculpture from the influence of her father. The creative energy of making something new from preexisting items guided her to seek an art career. The City of Knoxville and the Old Sevier Community Group are working to make a place for artists in Knoxville. SoKno Sculpt is a collective of sculptors invested in creative possibilities for the Old Sevier District, a community through art.
