The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) invites you to a public involvement meeting for the 5-mile US 53 project from WIS 157 to Holmen Drive in La Crosse County. The meeting will detail improvements throughout the corridor and present impacts at Sandalwood Park in Onalaska.

Big shoutout to all who joined Safe Routes to School for International Walk to School Day!

Those who participated include Hintgen, Northside/Coulee Montessori, Summit, State Road, Viking, Sand Lake, Evergreen, and Northern Hills Elementary Schools. More than 530 students laced up their shoes and took part in their school’s event. Thank you for helping make our community healthier, safer, and more connected—one step at a time!
