See where the Mobile Outreach Library is headed in June!📚🚐 Card holders can now place items on hold via the Library’s catalog and request to pick them up during the timeframe of one of our upcoming scheduled stops. Simply select that option and plan to return the borrowed items on the next scheduled date of that same stop, as written on your loaned materials.

Join us on June 4th, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm for our Community Health Clinic and Resource Fair! Free blood pressure and blood glucose screenings will be offered, and the Live Well San Diego bus will be here with general public benefits and resources. There will also be numerous local health organizations onsite with a variety of health information.

In honor of National Nurses Week this month, we recognized the nurses at Sharp Grossmont Hospital with a proclamation and thank-you speech. Nurses play an important role in healthcare by advancing health equity, improving patient outcomes, and providing compassionate care to the community when they need it the most. Today is National Don't Fry Day, raising awareness of sun safety and the risks of overexposure to the sun. We're excited to continue our partnership with Santee Lakes & Impact Melanoma to ensure the Santee community has access to free sunscreen!

Santee Lakes Encourages Sun Safety With Free Sunscreen Program As part of the initiative, three free sunscreen dispensers are currently installed at the park's Sprayground, boat dock and pool areas.
