Breastmilk is digested in 1.5 hours which is why some babies feed sooo frequently. It’s not because your supply is low!!!

Your baby will go through 3 big growth spurts within the first 6 weeks of life! During this time they may eat all the time. A lot of moms will think that their babies aren’t getting enough breastmilk, but they really are! Keep it up Mommas!

When your baby is born, their stomachs are so small. It doesnt take much to fill them up! Your first milk is called “colostrum”. There are many reasons why it is important for your baby to get your colostrum. It cleans the black p**p out faster, which helps your baby not get jaundiced and will give their immune system a big boost! Not to meantion it is packed full of nutrients, antibodies, and loads of goodies that will protect your new little one. 🥰
