We were so impressed by the creativity, talent, and thoughtfulness shown in all of the rock designs submitted. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this contest a success!

We can't wait to complete the rock garden at the 4-H Office using all of the amazing rocks that were turned in. Be sure to stop by and check out this colorful display of 4-H spirit and creativity!

All animal information and registration papers must be uploaded to 4-H Online by the deadline. Enter your animal's information under the "Animal" tab and upload any required documents, including registration papers, Louisiana Bred numbers (if applicable), and tag numbers. Steps 2 and 3 must be completed to finalize validation. Have all original paperwork ready before beginning the process. If you need pending papers form, please contact the office asap.

THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT IS A RULE AND WILL BE IMPLEMENTED THIS YEAR.
PLEASE ADHERE TO THE DEADLINES. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
$250 fee to submit official registration papers after the published deadline. Our current deadline says registration papers meeting show rules must be uploaded into 4-H Online no later than 30-days AFTER possession deadline. (This late fee will be paid to District Show Managers for any papers submitted after the published deadline; with that absolute last opportunity to submit late registration papers being the 1st Friday in January.) If papers and fee are not paid by January 3rd you will not be allowed to show at all.

🌿🦅 Thank You for a Wonderful Day of Exploration! 🦅🌿
A big thank you to Cameron Prairie National Wildlife Refuge and Cameron Parish Tourism and Louisiana SeaGrant for hosting the Cameron 4-H Nature Navigators Club today! We enjoyed a beautiful day learning about local wildlife, exploring the refuge, and discovering the natural treasures right here in Southwest Louisiana.
Experiences like these help our members develop a deeper appreciation for conservation, wildlife, and the great outdoors. Thank you to everyone who helped make this adventure possible!

This year’s Pelicans game against the Orlando Magic is going to be exciting!!!!!

Date: Friday, January 8, 2027, Tip off 7:00PM
Game: New Orleans Pelicans vs. Orlando Magic
Location: Smoothie King Center, 1501 Dave Dixon Dr, New Orleans, LA 70113
Deadline: Best seating is First Come First Served, Tickets available until January 8th or until sold out.
Ticket Cost: Ticket prices start at $35.00 plus fees total $38.00. There is a variety of seating options and price points available on the ticket link.
Parking: $20.00 plus fees total $22.00. Available in the when checking out.

Again, this year Pelicans are offering several fan experiences that 4-H Members enjoy participating in before and during the game!!!

• Pelican promotion item on the night of the game – Marvel Night – Dr. Doom Bobblehead
• Pelicans Shirt – Given out to all 4-H Night ticket holders at the Pregame Photo-Op 4:30pm-5:00pm and at the Group Sales Center outside of section 108 6:00PM until half time. Sizes based on availability.

Announcing the 2027 Spark ▪ Action ▪ Change | Summit

The Spark ▪ Action ▪ Change | Summit is an immersive three-day leadership experience designed for 7th and 8th grade
Louisiana 4-H members interested in:
• Civic engagement and government relations
• Community service and volunteerism
• Leadership development
• Personal growth and social responsibility
Participants will engage in hands-on workshops, educational tours, team-building experiences, and service-learning projects that challenge them to grow as leaders and active citizens.

Location: LSU Campus, Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Registration Fee: $125 per participant. Transportation to and from Baton Rouge is not included.

🌻🎃 What a wonderful way to spend Fall Break! 🎃🌻

A big thank you to all the youth who attended our Floral Workshop today! Participants created beautiful fall pumpkin centerpiece arrangements while learning the basics of floral design, including how to properly cut and arrange flowers, the many uses for floral arrangements, and even the career opportunities available in the floral industry.

The workshop was filled with creativity, artistic talent, and imagination as each youth designed a unique centerpiece that will surely make holiday tables look beautiful this season. 🍂🌼

After the floral workshop, youth continued the fun by painting rocks to help fill and brighten our 4-H office rock garden. 🎨🪨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a day of learning, creativity, and fun. We loved spending Fall Break with you!
