LFHS photography students connected with local veterans yesterday, listening to their stories of service and capturing their portraits. 🇺🇸

The morning was made even more meaningful as some veterans had the opportunity to share the experience with their grandchildren.

Students used their interviewing and photography skills to honor those who have served. The finished portraits will be displayed outside the RMA during the Veterans Day Assembly on November 11.

Calendar Reminder! There will be no school for LFHS students on Friday, October 23, due to Parent-Teacher Conferences.

Farm-to-Table Comes to LFHS on Wednesday, October 28!

On Wednesday, October 28, Elawa Farm is bringing a special farm-to-table lunch experience to the LFHS cafeteria during all lunch periods!

Building on last spring’s Scouts at the Table student tasting, this exciting local partnership will feature farm-to-table burrito bowls, served by Elawa Farm’s own Chef Lee Kuebler. Stop by to enjoy lunch, meet Chef Lee, and ask questions about farm-to-table cooking, culinary careers, and more.

Come hungry and celebrate this delicious collaboration between LFHS and Elawa Farm!
