Moderate Party .net https://www.moderateParty.net -- "Better Politics Eventually" No funk. We really otter to turn it into an art project. Q: what? huh? Starting from a question mark.

Q: " Why do you just repost memes?"

A: There's not a lot to say about every political event "from back in the war philosophy." The answer is always about the same - "You're not even listening, though, my man"

This manner of doing politics is too square. A: Whatsa whatsa moderate party.... We like to say we're "coming from, not going towards" the middle. We take sides a lot, but not right away. We have to insist: we're not sure who's right about what, and we need time to think about it sheesh. We don't want to start an actual political party (sounds like a bad hassle). We'd rather it just be a thinker and something to talk about.

The Vatican just made destroying the planet an official sin

On September 2, 2026, the Vatican's International Theological Commission released a document called "Caring for Our Common Home," personally approved by Pope Leo XIV. The document, over 30,000 words long, was put together through years of discussion between 2022 and 2025, covering the ecological crisis from climate change to biodiversity loss to air and water pollution, all from a theological angle.

One of the biggest highlights is the concept of "sin against creation and against the Creator," basically saying that exploiting and destroying nature isn't just an environmental issue, it's also a violation of the order God set up.

This idea also opens the door to discussions about confession, where environmental damage could become something people reflect on and confess as a moral wrongdoing. That said, the Vatican made clear this isn't a totally new idea, since past popes have touched on environmental protection before, including Pope Francis through his 2015 encyclical Laudato Si.
