The Job Connection LLC utilizes the power of choice to enhance the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. The paramount goal of all our services is to provide the training and supports necessary to assist each individual achieve their maximum level of autonomy and empowerment within their chosen jobs/careers and communities. It is anticipated after the completion of skills building, interpersonal skills training, safety skills, and career planning each individual will be able to complete a detailed resume highlighting their skills and employment abilities allowing them greater opportunities for marketability and self confidence, independence, and ultimately obtain the job of their choosing within the community.

🌟 Get out, connect, and have fun in Clackamas County!

At Connections LLC, our community-based DSA activities give individuals opportunities to spend time with others and enjoy outings like bowling, movies, and library visits, along with crafts, holiday parties, and more.

We’re welcoming individuals who live at home or in foster care and enjoy being active in the community. If you live in Clackamas County we have several immediate openings. Reach out and join our group.
