your future. WORTH it Elections take place in November of each year. Persons elected to the Board serve three-year terms. followed by a 7:00 P.M. open meeting.

The Lake Worth Independent School District is governed by a seven-member Board of Education elected by the registered voters of the District. The Board of Trustees develop policies and set goals to insure that all students in the District receive a high quality education. The Board holds regular public meetings on the third Monday of the month in the James Hodgkins Administration Building at 6805 Telephone Road. Meetings begin with a closed meeting at 6:00 P.M. All items requiring action discussed in the closed session must be voted on in the open meeting. Citizens may voice concerns about particular items on the agenda. To do so, one must register with the recording secretary before the scheduled meeting begins. Presentations must be limited to five minutes each.

It’s showtime, Bullfrogs! Our Bullfrog Marching Band is heading to Denton today to compete in the UIL Area Marching Contest at C.H. Collins Stadium!

The band takes the field at 4 PM with their show, “Black Widow”! 🐸🕷️

We’re proud of the hard work, dedication, and countless hours our students and directors have put into this performance. Now it’s time to take the field, make your mark, and show everyone that Bullfrog Pride!

🍂🧡 Lake Worth ISD Thanksgiving Food Drive! 🦃

This season, let's come together to support families in our Lake Worth ISD community!

From November 2–13, we are collecting food donations across our campuses and offices to help provide Thanksgiving meals to local families.

Each campus and department has been assigned specific items and collection goals. Donations can be dropped off in the front office donation box at your campus.

Every can, box, and contribution makes a difference. Thank you for helping us share the spirit of giving and care for our Bullfrog Family!

🍽️🐸 An Evening of Culinary Excellence at the LWHS Bistro!

Yesterday, our Lake Worth High School Culinary Arts students welcomed guests for another memorable Dinner Series experience at the LWHS Bistro!

This event serves as a capstone project for our culinary students, giving them the opportunity to put their skills into action through menu preparation, food presentation, hospitality, and restaurant service. From the kitchen to the dining room, students showcased their hard work, creativity, and growing talents.

We are proud of our students and grateful to everyone who joined us and supported their learning!

The next Dinner Series event is coming in January! Keep an eye out for details, and be sure to make your reservation early. You won't want to miss it!

Ayer, nuestros estudiantes de Artes Culinarias de Lake Worth High School recibieron a sus invitados para otra experiencia memorable de la Serie de Cenas en el Bistro de LWHS.

Este evento fue un proyecto final para nuestros estudiantes, quienes pusieron en práctica sus habilidades en la preparación del menú, la presentación de los platillos, la hospitalidad y el servicio de restaurante. Nuestros estudiantes demostraron su dedicación, creatividad y talento.

🎃🐮 What a spooktacular time at Lake Worth High School FFA’s Moos & Boo! 👻

Our Bullfrog Family had a spectacular time enjoying an evening full of fall fun, festive costumes, and unforgettable memories! From playing games and getting creative with face painting to meeting and petting some of our friendly barnyard animals, there was something for everyone to enjoy. 🐐🎨🍬

A huge thank-you to our Lake Worth FFA for bringing this fun-filled event to life and giving our community a chance to come together for a little Halloween magic. We had a moo-velous time! 🐮
