The Lemp Mansion Restaurant and Inn continues to be OPEN for all normal operations through the end of 2027, but is For Sale

July 2027 will mark fifty years since Richard Pointer first purchased the Lemp Mansion, fulfilling a quiet dream to open a neighborhood chicken dinner restaurant. What began as a simple vision grew into something far greater. Alongside his family, Richard lovingly rescued the historic site from its days as a patchwork boarding house, restoring it to the warm, elegant grandeur once known to the Lemp family and preserving a treasured piece of old St. Louis.

For half a century, under the watchful and devoted care of the Pointer family, the Mansion has been a backdrop for life's most meaningful moments. Generations of St. Louisans have gathered within its walls to dine and celebrate, to tour its historic halls, host parties, spend the night, search for ghosts, and exchange wedding vows. For the Pointers, this journey has truly been a labor of love.

On December 31, 2027, that watch will come to a close as the family prepares to pass the torch to new hands. Until that day arrives, the Lemp Mansion will remain open to the community, continuing to serve St. Louis just as it has for the past fifty years: with deep love and enduring gratitude.

Great night investigating the Pioneer Florida Museum Village with our friend, Debbie, from Spectral Researchers-Spirit Talkers. We had so much fun with our hosts and were honored to be the first teams to investigate this building.

They often have historical events on site. I attended a reenactment there with friends. There are several historical buildings to explore and an aaaahhhhmazing museum. Well worth the trip if you are a history buff.

Had a great day touring Gamble Mansion with my friend, Debbie, from Spectral Researchers-Spirit Talkers. It was nice to spend time just exploring.

Unfortunately, the grounds for the sugar cane plant are not accessible. I drove by to take pics. There is a small museum on site to explore as well as tours through the home.

I was lucky enough to hang with some of my favorite people tonight at the historic South Ward Elementary School. Not sure what we have yet until we review.

It seemed as though Mr Hollins checked in. Mr Williams left an impression on the place and I picked up on him. I nailed it down to the mustache. Kind of shocked me when I walked around the door and saw his picture. He had different clothing but it was him.

And, David, you're a great host. 🤣

Our friends, Debbie and Charlotte, from Spectral Researchers have had a devastating loss. Debbie's spouse and Charlotte's father, Jay, passed unexpectedly while working out of state. Their world doesn't make a whole lot of sense right now.

Their team mate, Anne, hoped we could ease their burden a little until they get their bearings. Please share and help if you can. Debbie is one of the paranormal community's best. ❤️
