With the SOLD OUT fundraising dinner quickly approaching, I would like to get some feedback from people that have been impacted by Shop with a Cop Lake County. That impact might be an interaction you witnessed or a story about the shopping experience you heard from a child. I know there are hundreds of families we've been able to reach and I'd like to hear your stories! Please send me a PRIVATE message with your story. I would like to share it with the donors at our fundraising event and explain how their contributions make it all possible. Thank you in advance!!! 🙏🏻

🚨 HELP US MAKE THE HOLIDAYS BRIGHTER FOR LAKE COUNTY KIDS! 🚨
The Shop with a Cop Lake County team is gearing up for our annual fundraising dinner, and we need your support! Starting this week, volunteers from our non-profit will be visiting local businesses in and around Lake County to solicit donations for our upcoming event.

📅 Save the Date: Our fundraising dinner will take place on Saturday, November 7th at the beautiful Konocti Harbor Resort!

To make our raffle and live auction a huge success, we are looking for tax-deductible donations. If you or your business would like to contribute, we are gratefully accepting:
• Gift cards & restaurant certificates 🎟️
• Merchandise & themed gift baskets 🎁
• Services or unique local experiences 💆‍♂️🛠️
• Vacation stays or weekend getaways 🏖️
• Sports, recreation, or entertainment packages 🎟️🏀
• Monetary donations 💰
• Any other items that would make an amazing auction piece!

Every single dollar raised goes directly toward helping local children build positive relationships with law enforcement while shopping for holiday gifts, warm clothes, and essentials.

When you see our volunteers out and about, please give them a warm Lake County welcome! If you want to arrange a donation pickup or learn more about buying a table for the dinner, please send us a direct message or drop a comment below.

Thanks to some very generous businesses and community members, we were able to shop with 260 children this year! Every law enforcement agency was represented at this years event, where we shopped with children who were selected from every school district within Lake County. We are truly blessed to live in such compassionate community that looks out for one another. Happy Holidays from our Law Enforcement family to yours!

Here is a very small sneak peek of our 2025 Shop with a Cop Lake County event. Huge smiles on the faces of local youth and all of the law enforcement agencies in our county. Huge thanks to Clearlake Walmart and their team for their hospitality, help, and love that was shared with all. Lots more photos to come ❤️
