October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness
A time to remember, honor, and hold space for the babies whose lives were far too short, but whose impact on our hearts lasts forever.
Each year, Mother-Wise hosts what is one of our most meaningful and significant events: our Wave of Light Ceremony on October 15th.
Some of you may remember this beautiful evening, or perhaps you’ve joined us in years past.
The Wave of Light is held around the world on October 15th, to remember and honor all of the babies who have passed away.
If you feel comfortable, and you have a baby whose name you would like us to include, please leave their name in the comments below. 🤍
If your baby’s name was added in previous years, it will already be included in this year’s ceremony. There is no need to submit it again.
If you would rather keep it private, you are also welcome to send their name directly to our main page by DM.
There is no right or wrong way to remember your baby, only what feels right for you.
Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, your baby is remembered. Your baby is loved. Your baby matters.
Their time here may have been brief, but they will always have a place in our hearts.
Please join us as we light candles and celebrate the lives of these precious little ones.
