💙 A little space with the potential to make a big difference!

The City of Lakeville, MN - Police Department Pantry was created to keep helpful resources in one central location so officers can provide follow-up support to families in need when they encounter them in the community. While it isn’t a public-access pantry, it gives officers a practical way to connect families with items and resources when they need them most.

This project received $8,400 in grant funding from the Lakeville Public Safety Foundation, made possible through the generous support of our community!

A special thank-you to Norseman Cabinetry, Eric Ohlson and his team for providing the cabinetry that helped bring this space together.

Back in April, the crew at Mi5 Fitness & CrossFit Lakeville came together for the annual Katie Lockrem Memorial Row-a-thon! 🚣‍♀️💪

Teams rowed a full marathon — 26.2 miles! — with members of the Lakeville Police Department and Lakeville Fire Department joining in on the challenge.

Together, they raised an incredible $2,835 for the Lakeville Public Safety Foundation! ❤️💙

A huge THANK YOU to Mi5 Fitness, all the teams, and everyone who supported this event and helped give back to our local public safety heroes. We’re so grateful for your support! 👏

🚒⚾👮 When City of Lakeville, MN - Police Department & City of Lakeville, MN - Fire Department go head-to-head, it’s all in good fun! The annual Police & Firefighters Picnic brought everyone together for some friendly softball competition, plenty of laughs, and a great afternoon of community and camaraderie.

The Lakeville Public Safety Foundation presented a $31,500 grant to the City of Lakeville, MN - Police Department to help establish the Lakeville Police Honor Guard. 🇺🇸

The Honor Guard will serve with purpose and pride — presenting the colors, honoring fallen officers, supporting ceremonies and memorials, representing LPD throughout the community, and carrying on the traditions of law enforcement.

A meaningful investment in honoring those who serve and preserving the traditions of our department. 🇺🇸💙
