THANK YOU to everyone who donated and supported Lake Marion’s annual fundraising walkathon. Our school appreciates all of the support our families and community give us to make school a special place filled with amazing experiences and opportunities.

A special thank you to our PTO for all of their hard work to make it another successful walkathon! We couldn’t have had a more perfect day.

Thank you to all of our amazing Lake Marion families for joining us for our family engagement night! We had a blast getting to have so many of you in the building enjoying the fun with us!

Our annual walk-a-thon fundraiser kicks off today so head over to FundHub to sign up and start fundraising!

All proceeds go directly back to LME to fund amazing programs, help teachers and staff in their classrooms, and allow us to put on amazing family fun nights!

The PTO will still accept cash and checks if you prefer. You may send cash or checks to school with your student but they should be clearly labeled in an envelope with their first and last name, teacher, and grade. This allows us to get them into the FundHub system so they can still earn incentives!

We had a great turnout for our first Culver’s night of the year!! Thank you to our Kindergarten team for running food to all of our wonderful families. We were so happy to see so many smiling faces outside of school.

Wow! What a great first week back with our staff and students. Thank you to our wonderful PTO for having a breakfast spread ready for our teachers on the first week back.

The hallways are so much brighter now that we have students back in them. A lot of smiles, learning, and friendships happening at LME. GO CATS!

Benny got his back to school bath to be nice and clean for the kids! Did you know that Scenthounds provides Benny with free grooming to help manage cleanliness and shedding. We are grateful for their support of the School Resource Dog program in Lakeville. Take a look at the pics behind Benny. 📣 Exciting News for Lake Marion Elementary! 📣

Superintendent Michael Baumann is pleased to announce Alyssa Coleman as the new Principal of Lake Marion Elementary!

Ms. Coleman is a skilled instructional leader, and has served in various roles throughout Lakeville Area Schools since 2022, most recently as the Assistant Principal at Highview Elementary. She will make a wonderful addition in her return to the Lake Marion community.
