Red Ribbon Week Update-we are excited to be a part of this unique assembly, sponsored by Lambert’s Hope Squad in conjunction with the Richland County Health Department by Montana DPHHS. The sixth-12th grade assembly is at 1:00, and the K-5th grade assembly is at 1:45, both in the new gym this Thursday!

5th and 6th graders playing The Cup Song!

The first graders made tools that copied animals to help solve a human problem.

They made:
-wings (copying birds) to help us escape from bad guys
- helmets (copying turtle shells) to protect their heads while riding bikes
-human turtle shells to protect their backs
-camouflage tent (copying an owl) to hide behind when hunting
- a claw hand (copying all animals with claws) to help dig in the ground and eat faster
-a feathery tail (copying a squirrel and fox) to help keep warm in the winter

We all had so much fun creating these projects!

Lambert Business Ed students are rockin' it!
1st, 3rd, and 10th.

📈 Big Sky Biz Sim Leaderboard Update: as of 10/15! 📈

Students across Montana are running their own widget companies, making every call on production, pricing, sales, and distribution. The competition is heating up!

🥇 Lambert School holds the #1 spot with a stock price of $55.22, and has three teams in the top 10! Congrats to Quintin Omdahl's students.
🥈 Custer Public School is close behind at $51.59 (Charlene Heil's class).
🥉 Melstone High School rounds out the top three at $47.35 (Tamaira Wacker's class).

A few standouts:
⭐ Dillon Middle School has FOUR teams in the top 25, and they're holding their own against high schoolers!
⭐ Skyview and Glacier High each placed four teams on the board too.
⭐ Small schools are showing big business sense. Lambert, Custer, and Melstone are leading the state!

Shoutout to every teacher and student building real-world financial skills one decision at a time. There's still plenty of time to climb, so who's making a move next? 👀
