💙 Garrard County stands with Kentucky State Police.

We join Kentuckians in mourning Trooper Hayden Phillips, killed in the line of duty on Monday while serving on I-65 9 over in Warren County. He leaves behind a wife and three children.

Please keep his family, friends, and fellow troopers in your prayers.

God bless every man and woman who puts on a badge for Kentucky. 🇺🇸

✅ Mon., Oct. 5 – Last day to register or update your registration (online by 4 PM at govote.ky.gov, or at the County Clerk's office)
✅ Tue., Oct. 20 – Last day to request a mail-in absentee ballot (if you qualify) at govote.ky.gov
✅ Oct. 21–23 & Oct. 26–28 – Excused in-person absentee voting, 8 AM–4 PM, Garrard County Courthouse, 15 Public Square, Suite 5 (excuse required)
✅ Oct. 29–31 – No-excuse early voting, open to every registered voter, 8 AM–4 PM, Garrard County Courthouse, upstairs in the second-floor courtroom
✅ Tue., Nov. 3 – Election Day, polls open 6 AM–6 PM
