GARRARD CIRCUIT COURT ORDERS SALE OF VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT

GARRARD COUNTY, KY — The Garrard Circuit Court has ordered the sale of multiple vehicles and pieces of equipment in the following case:

Case No.: 25-CI-00097
Tom Collins Distilling
v.
All Nations Investors LLC

The court-ordered sale will include multiple vehicles, a trailer, a John Deere UTV, and additional equipment.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Trooper Phillips and his family and our extended KSP family during this difficult time.

Today, we face one of the most difficult moments an agency can endure as we announce the loss of one of our own. Trooper Hayden Phillips, Unit 369, made the ultimate sacrifice while
patrolling I-65 in Warren County. He was assigned to Post 3 Bowling Green and was a graduate of Cadet Class 103. His dedication to duty and commitment to the commonwealth will not
be forgotten.
Our hearts break for Trooper Phillips’ family, loved ones, and fellow troopers as we grieve this tremendous loss. We will carry his memory with us, honor the life he lived and the badge he wore, and stand together as an agency to support this family in the days ahead.

GCSO Arrests Wanted Texas Fugitive on Aggravated Sexual Assault Charges on a child:

Garrard County, KY — The Garrard County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 47-year-old man wanted on outstanding warrants out of Nueces County, Texas, for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

Francisco Hernandez, 47, was taken into custody without incident at his residence on Kelly Ridge Road during the early morning hours of September 14, 2026.

Garrard County Sheriff’s Office deputies located Hernandez and took him into custody based on the outstanding warrants from Nueces County, Texas.

Hernandez was lodged in the Jessamine County Detention Center, where he will remain pending extradition proceedings and his return to Nueces County, Texas.

The Garrard County Sheriff’s Office continues to work with law enforcement agencies outside Kentucky to locate and apprehend individuals wanted on serious criminal charges.

Sheriff Willie Skeens stated, “Our deputies will continue to work with law enforcement agencies across the country to locate individuals wanted on serious charges.
