It is our understanding that there is a concern for receiving paper bills in the mail when you are on the ACH payment method. When signing up for automatic you are changing your payment method and not the method of receiving a paper bill. GCWA has offered and continues to offer paperless billing as a method of receiving those bills. If this is a concern please call the office to request paperless billing. 859-792-4501.
