"What began as a way to support our son has become something more meaningful than I expected. Through ECFE, we’ve found a community of parents who show up with honesty—willing to share the real, messy, and beautiful parts of family life. There’s something powerful about knowing you’re not alone in the challenges, questions, and complexities of parenting and relationships. That sense of shared experience changes everything. We’ve grown not
only in how we support our son, but in how we show up as parents and partners." - Ali J.

We’re excited to share that Fillmore County has been selected to participate in the Rural Child Care Innovation Program (https://www.ruralchildcare.org/), a community engagement process focused on strengthening early care and education in our area.
As part of this effort, our community will come together for a Town Hall meeting to discuss the child care challenges we’re facing and begin developing local, right-sized solutions. With support from First Children’s Finance, we will have the tools and guidance needed to turn community ideas into action.
There are two important ways you can get involved:
1. Complete the Community Survey Here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Parent-Employee-FillmoreCounty
2. Attend the Town Hall > Register Here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/fillmore-county-town-hall-tickets-1984774009491?aff=oddtdtcreator

Your voice is essential to building stronger child care systems in our community. We hope you will complete the survey and join us at the Town Hall to help shape the path forward

We'll be there, will you??
