Sign up for Cookbook Connections next Thursday, October 15th from 7:00pm-8:30pm.

This months disscussion will be Sumptuous Persian Cuisine. The food of Iran has been influenced by its position at the center of the old Silk Road, by the royal cuisines of its ancient empires, and by the specialties produced in this diverse climate and land. On the booklist that we will share with you we have cookbooks that feature traditional recipes from all the regions of Iran and others that focus on how to cook simple, modern Persian recipes in your own kitchen. Join us for a virtual taste of this truly rich and varied cuisine!
