46th Military Police Command 46 MP CMD is a command level Military Police HQ element within the Michigan Army National Guard

Its mission is to provide command and control for the operational/tactical planning, supervision, coordination and integration of assigned or attached military police combat support and internment/resettlement brigades and other military police units engaged in Army, joint, and multinational military police operations in support of the Army/combatant commander's priorities.

The 46th Military Police Command is hard at work this Annual Training at Camp Atterbury, Indiana, validating their training at this year's Vibrant Response 2026.

Task Force 46 is a specialized military command deployed at the request of the Governor and directed by the President to provide rapid, life-saving support to civil authorities during catastrophic domestic emergencies. Vibrant Response is designed to test our Soldiers on the whole-of-government response to homeland catastrophes, enabling our ability to mobilize and establish command and control within 96 hours.
