We all have a list of things we want to accomplish. But when was the last time you made a list of everything you've already been through, learned or accomplished?
It's called a "reverse bucket list," and it might be a helpful way to look at your life a little differently.
Our own Board Member, psychologist Dr. Rachel Needle, was recently featured in TIME magazine discussing how recognizing our past experiences, including the difficult ones, can help us appreciate our resilience.
As Dr. Needle explains in the article, "You're more resilient than maybe you're giving yourself credit for on a regular basis."
At 211 Palm Beach and Treasure Coast, we know that life comes with challenges. Sometimes progress means reaching a goal. Other times, it's getting through a difficult day, finding support or taking that first step to ask for help.
Those moments matter, too.
We're proud to share Rachel's insights and encourage you to read the article.
