🎃🔬 Pumpkins, Math & STEM Magic! 🐯🧡

Our 1D scholars in Ms. A. Perez’s class had a gourd time celebrating National Pumpkin Day! 🎃 Each scholar brought their own pumpkin buddy to join them in the classroom for a day full of fun, learning, and discovery!

From carving a pumpkin to turning pumpkin seeds into a hands-on math lesson, our Tigers explored STEM in action! 🌱🧮 By using their pumpkin seeds to practice counting by 10s, scholars connected real-world objects to mathematical concepts while building critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Who knew learning math could be so much fun? ❤️🤍

A big thank-you to our special guests at the Behavior Academies Pep Rally:, Sergeant Gonzalez, and Juvenile Case Manager G. Neira from the Office of Honorable Judge Jose “Pepe” Salinas. They celebrated with our Tigers and shared important messages about bullying prevention and school attendance.
