The VOD is a Political Action Organization to seeks to cooperate with Akwa Ibom State government to further ensure economic development of AKS.

The Voice of Diaspora Akwa Ibom State is a political support group based in the United States of America, United Kingdom and Canada. This group was formed in order to harness peace and foster unity; cooperation; peaceful dialogue; integration and ex*****on of ideas for the development of Akwa Ibom State, and elimination of any existing tension between Akwa Ibom State government and Akwa Ibom indigenes in the Diaspora.
