The Nevada Child Care Licensing Unit enforces laws and regulations overseeing health and development of children cared for by providers statewide.

The Nevada Child Care Licensing Unit is part of the Bureau of Health Care Quality and Compliance within the Division of Public and Behavioral Health. The Child Care Licensing Unit's page aims to promote awareness of licensing requirements among child care providers as well as among the parents and families of Nevada's children.
