Over the past three weeks some of our Pathfinders were able to completing the Level 1/2 and pavement course.

We had the privilege of learning the fundamentals from the esteemed experts at STS Inc. Their knowledge and expertise were invaluable as we explored the art of survey creation, Our week-long course on Paved Surface Evaluation and PCASE provided us with invaluable insights, equipping us to make critical decisions for landing large and heavy aircraft on paved surfaces.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the mentors and trainers at STS Inc. for their guidance and expertise. Their support has been instrumental in our growth as aspiring professionals in the field.

MEDICAL TRAINING

A few weeks ago, the Dutch Pathfinders hosted the first International Pathfinder Symposium. With 7 different nations attending this pathfinder-gathering, we were able to exchange capabilities, talk about specialized equipment, build our network and enhance interoperability between strategic partners.

We would like to thank all participating partners, and we are looking forward to training and working together in the future!

FIRST IN LAST OUT

A while ago some of our Pathfinders did some survey training in the US.

They have been able to train a lot and get better at certain skills. for example they have been able to set out a runway of 10,000 FT, we do not reach these distances if we train in our own country.

A few weeks ago our Pathfinders participated in the Pathfinder NLD weeks. In these weeks we train old and new Pathfinders and we cover all topics of our work. We pay a lot of attention to surveying and setting up a DZ/LZ/HLS; it's important that besides knowing how, our new Pathfinders know why they are doing the things they do.

It's not always about jumping out of planes, nice gear or doing other crazy things. Sometimes it's about serious and precise work. So in these weeks our Pathfinders have to show some cognitve skills.

Because in the end it's about producing results and facilitating the main force.
