I attended a networking event Thursday night at Loaded Empanadas in Boca Park, hosted by Alignable Ambassador Nancy Chin-Wagner. As usual, I touched base with some familiar faces and made some great new contacts.

But I have to tell you…you have to get down to this gem of a restaurant! The vibe is inviting and relaxing, the multi-layered, dynamic flavors of each menu item and the accompanying sauces will have you ordering “one of each,” and you can enjoy this incredible cuisine either downstairs near the sangria bar or upstairs in the wine room.

Thursday was a beautiful Spring day in the Las Vegas Valley, and I wrapped up the late afternoon with another successful Notary appointment complete! I love serving the senior living communities around town, making it convenient for residents to fully execute their important documents in the comfort of their own homes!
