🚨 DISMISSED TWICE. NOW AARON FORD IS APPEALING AGAIN.

A Nevada judge has dismissed the alternate electors case against six Republicans for a SECOND time, finding that Attorney General Aaron Ford’s office failed to present sufficient evidence of fraudulent intent and withheld material evidence from the grand jury.

⚖️ The judge's findings?

Insufficient evidence of intent to defraud.

Failure to present material exculpatory evidence.

A distorted picture presented to the grand jury.

Yet Aaron Ford is appealing the dismissal to the Nevada Supreme Court.

Two dismissals. Serious questions about prosecutorial conduct. And Ford STILL refuses to let this case go.

Nevadans deserve answers and accountability from their Attorney General.
