Nine years ago, our city was changed forever. 58 lives were taken and hundreds more were wounded.

Amid that tragedy, Las Vegas showed who it is. Neighbors opened doors. Hospitals, fire, police, and EMS crews from across the valley answered as one. Clinicians worked through the night, side by side, because that is what this community does when one of our own is hurting.

From all of us at OptimuMedicine: we honor the lives lost, the survivors still healing, and the first responders and medical teams who ran toward the sound. Vegas Strong is not just a slogan. It is how this city, and community, still show up for each other.
