Congratulations to the 11 Airmen who graduated from the Learn to Fly program, a 12-week culinary training led by our Executive Chef, Chef Juan 👨‍🍳

Throughout the program, participants learned new cooking skills, techniques, and kitchen fundamentals each week, all leading up to a final graduation showcase where they combined everything they learned into dishes they proudly presented.

Special recognition to:
👏 A1C Wheatley for earning a perfect score on his upgrade training exam and receiving a coin for his achievement.
👏 Amn Roberts for also being coined and selected to represent Nellis AFB in San Antonio at the upcoming Clash of the Kitchens competition against other Sodexo bases.

We’re proud to see our Airmen continue to grow their skills, challenge themselves, and represent the Nellis AFB community so well. Great job to everyone involved!
