This past month, UNLV provided the MS4 Class the honor and opportunity to visit the Pearl Harbor Memorial and other important sites for their Staff Ride. The Cadets researched and delivered briefs on the actions the respective leaders took during the lead up and attack on Pearl Harbor.
During this time of the Staff Ride, the state of Hawaii was declared in a state of emergency and the MS4 Cadets assisted Soldiers from the 25th Infantry Division in setting up a shelter for those in need.

What has ROTC taught you?
“ROTC has taught me that leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room. It’s about listening, staying composed under pressure, and showing up for your team even when things get tough. It’s pushed me mentally, physically, and emotionally, and helped me discover what kind of leader I want to be.” - CDT Thibodeaux
