The Battle Rages On!

I filed a motion to place a emergency injunction against enforcement of the Homeless "Genocide-Light" Ordinance as the Mayor is trying to misuse the Ordinance to run the homeless voters out of the City Limits in order to prevent them from voting against her or Mayor Pro-Tem Michelle Fiore.

Fiore is being groomed to replace Mayor Goodman should a court order removes Mayor Goodman from Office for rigging the nominations, election, ballot stuffing of Dead People ages 87 to 115 who cast absentee ballots for Goodman and the 20 Million real estate holdings.

Goodman omitted from her financial filing with the Secretary of States office-which alone is grounds to be disqualify and removed from office.

If this motion is granted by the court it could stop Metro and Las Vegas Marshal from enforcing this unconstitutional "Genocide-Light" ordinance for 3 to 6 months and allow them to reside long enough to vote in a Re-Call-Write-In Election and/or a courted ordered re-run of the 2019 Mayoral Election for the City of Las Vegas.

Other lawsuits must be filed to challenge the ordinance to have it found un-constitutional and removed from Las Vegas Municipal Code.

It is my hope that the homeless will get mercy from the court during this election challenge and make it through the winter without being shaken down by the powers that be.
It matters that they get a chance to vote Goodman and Fiore out of office!

Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman is not under the weather, she is under investigation by the State and the Feds.
