🚧 HUGE NEWS FOR LATHROP! 🚧

The State of California is making a huge investment in our city's future. The I-5 / Louise Avenue Interchange Improvement Project — Caltrans District 10 working with the City of Lathrop — will replace the current interchange with a modern diverging diamond design to ease traffic congestion as our city grows: widened ramps, ramp metering, new signals, plus bike lanes and sidewalks on Louise Avenue.

The Draft Environmental document is out now, and your voice matters: public comments are open through Tuesday, October 27 on the project's PublicInput engagement portal. Every comment will be addressed in the Final Environmental document.

On Tuesday, we cut the ribbon on Lathrop's newest community park — a brand-new playground and splash pad, opened alongside our civic leaders, officers, and residents.
