Join us for our first GCES PTA General Membership Meeting of the school year! The meeting materials can be found at www.gcespta.org under Administrative Documents

Wednesday, September 16 at 6:30 PM
Location: GCES Media Center + Virtual Option via ZOOM

Come hear what’s happening with the PTA, learn about our plans and priorities for the year, get an update from school leadership, and find out how you can get involved in ways that work for you.

We’ll also:
• Share our membership and back-to-school updates
• Review and vote on the 2026–2027 PTA budget
• Preview upcoming events, including Movie Night, Trunk or Treat, Bingo Night and more
• Share volunteer and committee opportunities
• Leave time for member questions and comments

Light refreshments will be served.

Whether you’re a longtime PTA member or just joined us this year, we’d love to see you there. Your participation and voice help us build community, support our teachers and staff, and create great experiences for our Gators!

We’re off to a great start, Gator Community — 174+ PTA members strong and growing! 💚 Thank you to everyone who has already joined and supported our PTA!

There’s lots happening this fall — our first General Membership Meeting, Spirit Day, Movie Night, Trunk or Treat and more!

UPCOMING EVENTS:
9/10 - GCES Back to School Picnic (Bring a chair or blanket, your dinner and hang out with fellow Gators)- PTA will be selling concessions!

9/15 - Chick-Fil-A Spirit Day 6am-10pm- mention Gorman Crossing or use Code: GCES 2026 for mobile orders. John's Hopkins location

9/16 - First General PTA Membership Meeting- (Hybrid) - GCES Media Center 6:30pm (Wednesday)

9/25 - PTA Movie Night (Friday)

10/23 - Trunk or Treat (Friday)
