πŸŽ‰ Happy Work Anniversary, Megan Sale! πŸŽ‰

Today, we’re celebrating Megan Sale and another year of dedication, service, and commitment to our team!

Working in emergency communications takes more than answering phones and dispatching calls. It takes patience, compassion, resilience, teamwork, and the ability to show up every day ready to help someone on what may be the worst day of their life.

We are grateful for the time, energy, and heart that Megan brings to our agency and to the people we serve.

Thank you for being part of our emergency communications family and for answering the call when it matters most.

Here’s to another year of making a difference!

Last week, Scotland County Emergency Communications was proud to take part in the first-ever Fall Line Emergency Communications Leadership Summit! This event was brought to life through a collaboration between our agency and our friends at High Point 911 and Richmond County (NC) Emergency Services, bringing together line-level supervisors from our respective agencies for three days of training and connection.

Our team came away with training on a range of leadership topics, including onboarding new leaders, ethics & liability, professionalism, and self-confidence & empowerment β€” all aimed at helping supervisors lead their teams with more skill and confidence.

Thank you to everyone who attended, presented, and helped put this summit together β€” and to our partner agencies for helping bring this first summit to life. Investing in the leaders who keep our 911 centers running strong benefits every community we serve.
